President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"I heartily congratulate you and all the people of Azerbaijan on your national holiday, which is marked by the restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and UN Security Council resolutions", the letter reads.
